goat cheese, home grown rosemary and home grown basil stuffed mushrooms + baked eggplant with olive oil and home grown rosemary + soyrizo mixed with onions, salsa and green peppers


i'd never gotten the soyrizo before and don't actually think i cooked it correctly. it was one of those things i started and then read the cooking directions afterwards. oh well. it was tasty despite not being quite right but the spiciness did give me an aching tummy later. i love hot foods but it seems over the past year or two my stomach has become less and less tolerable of them.
