c an i split a fried basket of oreos, snickers, and reeses. we couldn't finish it and it was kind of disgusting but not totally. though i don't think i ever want it again. my 2nd favorite things were the crafts and cakes and the busker guys or whatever the state fair equivalent term is for that sort of thing. i only rode one ride - crazy mouse and it was c's first time on a bigger/non-kiddo/roller coaster type ride and he giggled the whole time. at one point we got stuck for 45 minutes watching a cooking demonstration since c's really into the chef thing and cooking shows and trying new foods. we were finally able to tear him away once the order forms for the 1200$ cookware set came out. and my most favorite - the sheep and the petting area and we laughed so hard at a pig oinking and snorting and sniffing at a bug that my side hurt. corn dogs for dinner and a $3 bottle of diet pepsi. the matterhorn is the prettiest ride, i think, and m likes that they play all the 70's hits. he waited for just the right song before they took a spin - past the long bob dylan set that didn't fit - i think it was bowie that started once they got on, but i don't really remember. i have more photos on my camera - i'll probably post them later even though they're much of the same.
